Together, we’ll move through a series of gentle practices designed to support your nervous system, bring awareness to what’s coming up for you, and help you process it in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.

- Journalling prompts to bring clarity to your thoughts and emotions
- Visualisation to reconnect you with how you want to feel moving forward
- Simple, supportive tools you can continue using in your daily life
